IPC has three levels of management that are both interrelated and interdependent. The first level comprises 20 members of the general assembly who act as representatives of IPC’s area of expertise. The second level has 7 members of the Board of Directors who are elected to serve in a three-year term. The board majorly focuses on policy formulation and provision of strategic direction for the organization. The third level is IPC’s secretariat that coordinates the day to day implementation of projects and linkages with both internal and external stakeholders/partners.
